Screening documentary ‘De Confrontatie’

In the documentary ‘De Confrontatie – twee jaar aan De Ateliers’ (The Confrontation, two years at De Ateliers) (2015, 85 min) filmmaker Ditteke Mensink follows young artists during their two year working period at De Ateliers. The documentary gives you an insight into their aspirations, hopes and despair and the weekly confrontations with renowned artists such as Marlene Dumas, Melvin Moti, Marien Schouten and Rob Birza.
