De Ateliers congratules former participant Thomas Houseago with his large survey exhibition ‘Almost Human’ at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris. The exhibition includes several plaster sculptures made by the English artist during his working period at De Ateliers from 1994-1996, when the foundation for his artistic practice was laid. Wall texts in the show praise the valuable coaching of former mentors Jan Dibbets, Didier Vermeiren, Georg Herold and Marlene Dumas. The exhbition ‘Almost Human’ is on view untill July 14th, 2019.
